The BSM group of companies originated as a Labour Hire organisation which specialised in servicing the metal and engineering fields.

Established in 1989, over 200 companies in the Sydney metropolitan, Newcastle and Wollongong regions have utilised the services of BSM and have taken advantage of the expertise and competitive pricing we provide. Over the years a large database of personnel has been established, particularly in the metal trades. Recently, upon the request of our existing clientele, we have diversified into providing stores, production and construction personnel. With this we have access to a fully operational engineering workshop.
